Our Croatia sailing adventures are designed for travellers who want more than a vacation. With a maximum of six guests, you’ll experience hidden coves, charming stone villages, unforgettable meals at family-owned konobas, and the relaxed rhythm of life on the water.
Hosted personally by Jennifer and Derrick, every journey blends adventure, authentic local experiences, and plenty of time to swim, explore, unwind, and simply enjoy the moment.

Our Greece adventures explore the beautiful Ionian Islands at a relaxed pace, combining secluded anchorages, crystal-clear swimming, charming seaside villages, and unforgettable meals shared around the table.
Like all Saltie Dreams sailing adventures, each departure is limited to just six guests and is personally hosted by Jennifer and Derrick.
