We’re Jennifer and Derrick Hines, a husband-and-wife team who love the sea, meaningful travel, and creating experiences that feel personal rather than packaged.

Whether we’re sailing the crystal-clear waters of Croatia, exploring charming coastal villages, or gathering around the table for an unforgettable meal, our goal is always the same: to help our guests slow down, connect, and experience each destination in a more authentic way.

With small groups, thoughtful planning, and a relaxed pace, every Saltie Dreams journey is personally hosted by us from beginning to end.
