Cypress-covered hills tumble toward brilliant blue water, pastel villages curve around sheltered harbours and ancient olive groves shimmer in the afternoon light. The islands sit close enough for relaxed sailing, yet each has its own character, traditions and stories.
Days unfold between secluded swimming coves, welcoming waterfront villages and lively tavernas where tables spill toward the sea. Wander narrow lanes scented with jasmine, taste dishes prepared from recipes passed through generations and raise a glass as fishing boats return beneath a glowing sky.
This is Greece beyond the postcard—a place of warm welcomes, unhurried meals and everyday moments that become unforgettable. From Corfu to Paxos and the tiny islets scattered between them, the Ionian invites us to slow down, look closer and experience island life from the water.

Every Saltie Dreams itinerary is shaped by the weather, sea conditions and the interests of the group. The route is part plan, part possibility—leaving room for hidden coves, unexpected discoveries and a little Greek spontaneity along the way.
Life Aboard
Life aboard follows the gentle rhythm of the Ionian. Sail between emerald islands, pause for a swim when the water becomes irresistible and step ashore to explore villages where life still gathers around the harbour. Guests who are curious about sailing may spend time at the wheel with guidance from the captain, while others can stretch out on deck and simply enjoy the view. Around the table, we share colourful onboard lunches inspired by fresh Greek flavours; evenings invite us ashore for waterfront dining, the warmth of the local atmosphere and one more story beneath the stars.
Your Ionian Home at Sea
Our hosted Greece adventures are designed for an intimate group of six to eight guests aboard a spacious catamaran selected for relaxed Ionian cruising. Comfortable cabins, bright shared spaces, shaded outdoor seating and direct access to the water make it easy to settle into life at sea. There is room to gather around the table, stretch out beneath the sun or find a peaceful corner of your own as the islands unfold around us.

Each Saltie Dreams Greece adventure is thoughtfully hosted, with the essentials arranged so you can settle in and enjoy the journey. Your final booking details will confirm everything provided, but a typical experience includes:
- Seven nights aboard a private catamaran
